Minutes of the

Foothills Model T Ford Club Meeting

November 25th, 2015

Aerospace Museum

President Robb Wolff called meeting to order at 7:31pm. There were 21 members in attendance.

Minutes:  Kristen Anderson – The minutes of the October meeting were distributed by email and Robb moved they be adopted as presented. There were no errors or omissions noted, seconded by Peter Anderson. Carried.

Treasurers Report:  Ross Benedict  – Art presented the October report in Ross’s absence, and moved the report be adopted as presented. Seconded by Rod Wallace. Carried.

Membership: Eileen Jewell – Eileen reported that we have 30 paid memberships for 2016.  Rob Manderson paid for two years.

Editor’s Report:  Chris Brancaccio – no report.

Tool Curators Report: Glen McDonald – All tools accounted for. If tools are out for longer than one month can you please return without Glen having to track them down, unless prior arrangements have been made. Kristen asked Glen for an updated list of the tools to add to the minutes.

Discussion: With the purchase of a new coil tester in the spring a motion was put to the club to sell the bulky but fragile antique hand crank coil tester. Tim and Robb talked with Mark Hutchinson a coil tester guru. Mark believes the tester has value and would be worth holding onto as it provides a more accurate check of coil amperage. Members believe the club should keep the tester. Motion: Lawrence Gould moves to rescind the March, 2015 motion to sell the coil tester. Seconded by Harry Lillo. Carried. The tester will stay with the club tools.

Librarian’s Report: Jonathan Watson – nothing new to report.
