Subject: Evan R. Cork Estate Sale

Although you may or may not remember me, I am sending an appeal to all MTFCA Jubilee Tour participants on Evan Cork's behalf, and I am asking for your most kindly assistance. Evan and I were Car #73 at last year's Jubilee Tour in Alberta, Canada, and I am Evan's fiancee.  Evan's picture shown here was taken on Monday, July 13th tour of Banff Springs Hotel.  Sadly, and heartbreaking for me, Evan passed away from Cancer this past November.  For those that knew him, he was a long-time avid Model T enthusiast who possessed a wealth of Model T knowledge and mechanical ability.  Not only that, but he was an all-around good man and one-of-a-kind spirit.

Attached is a copy of the Evan R. Cork Estate Sale brochure that is currently being published.  Unfortunately, it's just been produced and is too late for publication in Vintage Ford and MTFCA publications.  For a successful auction, we need to distribute this as far and wide as possible.  And that's where I need and respectfully ask for your help.

As a favor to Evan, who loved and supported the Model T Ford Club of America and donated his beloved Depot Hack to the local Model T Club so that his love of Model T's can reach future generations to come, I ask in his name that you forward on this flyer to every contact you have that would/could have an interest in this auction.  As you can see, there is a mountain of treasure to be auctioned, and there is something for everyone.  Some proceeds of this sale will be going toward the Model T scholarship in Evan's name, as well as contributions to charity.  Please help Evan's legacy to live on.

The Auction will take place on May 21st & 22nd.  The brochure lists highlights, but could not possibly list everything for sale.  The 1911 Torpedo that was Evan's last pride-and-joy project as well as his other unique Model T collection will be going up for bid.  Anyone who's ever been to Evan's Wallace IN garage on tour has an idea of the impressive collections that Evan amassed over his lifetime.  Please help him make it mean something.

If you have any questions, please let me know, and I will do my best to get you answers.

And, as ever, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Sincerely,

Deborah Magga
